Davido Postpones ‘A.W.A.Y’ Music Festival To November 2023: DMW music boss, David Adedeji Adeleke otherwise known as Davido moves his upcoming ‘Are We Africans Yet (A.W.A.Y)‘ music festival to 18th November 2023.
The festival was earlier scheduled to take place at the Atlanta Farm Arena, Georgia on 18th November 2022 and it to feature award-winning superstars like Stonebwoy, BNXN, Mayorkun, Kizz Daniel, Pheelz, Lojay, and other talented stars.
Davido had lost his 3-year-old son Ifeanyi earlier in the month after the kid drowned in a pool in the family house in Banana Island. Investigations are still ongoing in the police as to the circumstances surrounding the boy’s death.
However, on the music festival’s official Instagram page, the management announced that the singer has moved the upcoming AWAY Festival to 2023. According to the information given on the page, Davido wishes to spend more time with his family and loved ones during these trying times.
